Utsha- a registered charitable trust based in Bhubaneswar, organized a two-day art exhibition at Bikaner House, New Delhi, showcasing paintings, murals and artworks of many renowned artists of India. The exhibition was attended by who’s who of Delhi including politicians, journalists, artists and art connoisseurs.
According to Mr Jagannath Panda, Founder and Managing Trustee, the main purpose of organizing the exhibition was to nurture the visual culture of Odisha and to provide a cohesive platform to budding artists to exchange and produce extraordinary art with intellectual content. He further added that the proceeds from this exhibition will enable Utsha to benefit the artists who need support.
Among the many dignitaries spotted were Kalikesh N. Singh Deo, member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Naveen Chawla, former chief election commissioner and chief secretary, Anjoli Ela Menon, Sushil Vakil, Chief Editor, Samachar Post and esteemed journalist Sunita Vakil.
